HOT NEWS!

I have joined Century 21 Legacy as the next progression in my real estate career. I am excited to be affiliated with this large, professional office. Some of Greeneville’s strongest agents are here and they have much to teach me, directly and by example. One of the appealing sides to real estate for me was the ever present need for education. It must be the past teacher in me, but I love learning! Hopefully it will keep these brain cells agile. My contact information – email and cell phone remain the same, so keep mailing and calling me.

Ever the optimist, I have to admit it is difficult for me to sound that way all the time. These are trying, unknown times for all of us. The only thing I DO know, is that none of us can read the future. We can speculate, guess, hope and pray, but it is an unknown to each and every one of us. It is a time for us all to be fiscally conservative, socially active and morally responsible. Do what is right, not what feels good, think about and care for your friends and neighbors, and remember that even those that appear to have no troubles, do. Know that we have the strength to face and deal with what will come tomorrow. Change is one of the few constants in our lives.

Real estate is more stable in east Tennessee than in most parts of the country. It is still very much a buyers market offering a large number of properties in most price ranges. I am in daily contact with many clients wanting to move to this wonderful area of the world. I look forward to the good things that will come in 2009 and hope to meet many of you as you come to or through Greeneville. Remember, Same Sue Service from a new home!
